The company commits to do everything they can to offer best services to users and make their access easy.
To this effect, the company make all the possible efforts to keep the Site available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Data security and confidentiality

The company complies with the requirements of the modified law n° 78-17 of 6th January 1978, of the Data-processing law and Freedom, regarding how to process users' personal data.
The company commits to ensure data security in order to prevent it to be altered, damaged or communicated to unauthorized third part, and to use them exclusively to manage unsollicited application or applications linked to job offers, of the User and their monitoring.
The company will not be responsible to the User of the loss of the data in case of force majeure.

Commitment of the user

The User agrees to take all necessary measures to ensure confidentiality and preservation of his/her access code, and not to divulge it to anyone.
Neither the Company nor any Group company using the Site shall be held liable for any fraudulent use of the access code. Operations performed on the site under the User's login details are deemed to have been carried out on behalf of that User, who assumes liability.
The Site's exclusive purpose is to facilitate the hiring procedures of the Company. It must be accessible to the User for the sole purpose of enabling the User to consult the vacancies and apply for them. As such, Users shall refrain, in their personal area and free-text entry areas made available on the Site, from any unlawful use, including sending messages or recording of violent, defamatory or illegal content.

No personal information is collected without the User's knowledge, nor processed for unspecified purposes.

Rights of opposition, access, and modification of data regarding users

In accordance to statements of the modified law of the 6th of January 1978, users can exercise their rights of access, modification, opposition and correction on data regarding themselves by sending their request to the website administrator.
